Bronze Wedding Package: 

As a wedding planner, it is our job to take care of the details so you don't have to. This package gives you the freedom to do most of your own planning but having a professional execute your wedding day. This gives you the peace of mind knowing your day will run smoothly with no extra stress on you or your family and friends.

What the package will include:

  • Pre Wedding Day

    • Unlimited contact Via Email/Phone

    • 3, 1-hour Consultations for ideas and designing

    • Function as point-of-contact for any needs for vendors

    • Production of a detailed Wedding Day timeline

    • Confirm arrangements; check delivery date/times, arrival times, quantities of rentals etc. with all vendors

    • Detailed timeline sent to all vendors for review (one/two weeks prior to wedding day)

    • 2, Venue tours at the selected wedding venue to ensure layout and placement for ceremony and reception

    • Collect Wedding day items such as: marriage license, cake topper, toasting flutes, programs, etc.

    • Wedding Rehearsal

    • Coordinate ceremony rehearsal

    • Distribute detailed wedding day itinerary

    • Collect & coordinate final payments and gratuities for vendors on the wedding day if needed

  • Wedding Day

    • Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception

    • Act as a liaison between wedding party, family, and vendors

    • Assist with bridal gown (putting on, bustling etc.) if needed

    • Assist with Bridesmaids’ attire on day of wedding if needed

    • Complete use of “Bridal Emergency Kit”

    • Collect all wedding day accessories to include guest book, photos, favors, etc. and deliver them to the ceremony and reception site

    • Transportation of needed items from ceremony to reception (if at different locations)

  • Ceremony

    • Distribute Bouquets and pin flowers to attendants and family 

    • Greet vendors and oversee set-up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled

    • Direct Photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist etc. where to set up 

    • Set-up all ceremony decor not handled by a specific vendor (guest book, unity candles, programs, pictures, reserved signs etc.)

    • Direct Ushers with programs and seating distribution

    • Line up and cue wedding party/musicians 

    • Give marriage license to officiate, confirm wedding ring’s location

    • Collect all wedding items and gifts and deliver to reception site or designated person

  • Cocktail hour and Reception

    • Set up all reception decor not handled by specific vendor (favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort and place card etc.)

    • Manage vendor set up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled

    • line up and cue bride, groom and wedding party for grand entrance

    • assist band/dj in cuing important events (grand entrance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss etc.) 

    • Cue bride and groom for all important events

    • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception

    • Stay in contact with all vendors (DJ, photographer, videographer, caterer, etc.) to ensure things are running smoothly

    • Supervising boxing of cake and to-go meals for bride and groom

    • Distribute tossing items to guests

    • Distribute favors to guests

    • Loading of personal items and gifts to their respective locations at the end of the night

    • Manage break-down of the event

    • Return items to vendors​​
